~design, anyone?~

Can someone help me design my blog? Don’t have the time (or the skill of course) to explore. I only wanna write (macamla best pun blog ni kan, but I don’t care  (-___-) ). I’d be willing to pay (for a good price). Simple gila kot my current blog ni. Guna template yang dah ready ja. Do leave me a message if you are willing to design my unglamorous blog J Will highly appreciate it, thanks.

~my niece~

Wah, can’t wait till the week ends. The clock is ticking like urghh. Don’t have the mood to do my work, oh I’m so demotivated right now.  Sadly, Mister Husband will be away for the whole week. He’ll be here on Thursday, then Friday we’re off to Singapore! Singapore is the decision after all the thinking and pondering. We’ve planned going to Beijing or Tokyo, but that was not possible since we’re bringing our niece along (with her parents of course). She’s at an age whereby she likes to walk, talk, sometimes tiring, cos sometimes we have to have a break right. Lepas jalan, rehat sat, barula tak letih sangat J Only the little one will still be active when others are already tired. Ye la, she can sleep in her pram when she wants to, pastu dah bangun, segar, lagi aktif la. But truly, being a mother is indeed the greatest thing anyone can ever be. And I hopefully praying to Allah to be one.....

~Mulberry, oh Mulberry~

Assalamualaikum J Wah, so happy today, cos I went shopping yesterday, and I found the skirt I’m looking for. Maybe not that thick as I’d imagined, it is more flowy and the colour’s purple! Kinda interesting don’t you think? I’m gonna give out just the clues now, I’ll show them once I wear them next weekend. I’m going to Singapore, which means.. more shopping! Ya Allah, memang tak terkejar dengan current fashion trends. But my husband and I said we’re going to take it easy in Singapore. Take a walk, eat, window shopping (hopefully I can manage), maybe get on rides at the Universal Studios in Sentosa Island?
Yesterday (my weekend here in Kedah, Friday and Saturday), I went to Penang (where I went shopping). Went to the night bazaar at Batu Feringghi, and got myself a Lacoste and Paul Frank’s inspired tshirt at RM 25 total. Ok la kan? I was attracted to a Mulberry inspired sling bag in brown (like cowboy brown). Cantik kot, tapi the first price he gave was RM250. Wah, seems illogical. I bargained for RM 80, but he can’t give me. So I left, feeling so disappointed (crushed L ). Cos I promise myself not to buy a bag if its price is over RM 100. Let it be. Let it be.
Unfortunately, no pix this time. Stay tuned~

~Hana vs Yuna~

Salam semua,
Haven't have the feel to post till now (still is). But I still read the blogs I followed. Really psyched to see (pix only) Yuna vs Hana's event, and all those gorgeous ladies. How I want to dress like all of them. Been thinking of buying myself a maxi skirt, preferably cotton. I haven't worn any long skirts since year 2000, at that moment gypsy skirts. I didn't look any good in them. I have decided not to wear skirts since then. Besides, there was a time girls like to wear ladylike skirts, material: chiffons, A lines. In my opinion, those skirts only suits petites, with slender figures. Not me. Haha.. But with this current trend, using a much thickier material than chiffon , is very eye-soothing (sejuk mata memandang) and comfortable (wear it lose). Do you think I would look short? Cos sometimes I overthink.. I seldomly wear heels (prefer flats), so this might make me look shorter. But hey, there is a guest to YunaHana's event wearing maxi skirts with flats!! (I imagined her in flats – sebab tak nampak pun). She looks so cute. Here's the photo.
Credit to counthethread, amazing pix.
Referring to my previous post, FYI, I’ve watched Harry Potter, and also Rapunzel in 3D. Harry Potter was less interesting than expected. Read the book, so kinda disappointed they left out important stuff. No spoilers here, kot2 ada more details in the second part, mana tau kan J I was reminded why I never want to watch 3D movies EVER. Rapunzel proves it all. 3D is quite dark (with or without the 3D glasses), no details can be seen. I have to strain my eyes to focus on the details of the CGI, but no, blurry gila kot. Not worth the money. This is my second time watching movies in 3D, and I’ll never ever want to watch it again.  But I don’t know. Maybe you guys like to watch in 3D? Tell me. I really really wanna know J

Hey, I’ve bought Vogue British with Emma Watson on the cover. I was attracted to her style, her model face, that’s why I bought it. Here’s a preview.

And this is me going out (nak jugak tunjuk sikit kan J )
polkadotted yellow shawl Arzu, gold top Topshop, grey cardigan Promod, bag LV
 Bye I

~Tribute to fellow blogger~

Assalamualaikum semua,
Know what? I’ve come across a blogger, Zafirah Hanis, which is also a Kedahan (ye kot); though maybe I don’t declare myself as total Kedahan cos almost 20 years of my life was spent in Perlis, since kindergarten till the end of my university. She’s a petite and uber cute and sweet looking. Well, I didn’t greet her face to face, just manage to glance at her (I recognize her straight away) as I was already going into the cinema hall. She was at the snack counter. I was with my husband, (besides me being so shy), is another reason I don’t greet her. Well, she doesn’t know me either. It would be rather weird if I go: “Hi, hmm, adik ni blogger kan? Akak dok follow blog adik. Comey la adik ni. Hik3. Nk tgkap gambar x?” Well, don’t know how it would have turned out J

Looking at how cute and fresh she was, I think maybe I’m too old (in this blogging thing). And I’m married. Married girls create blogs about their kids, but me.. no kids (yet.. pray for me), so the story would be about me. So, here are some of my weekend outfits. I’m not into quirky looks (it suited Zafirah Hanis so well though) but a little simpler looks, like these pics below. Enjoy!! (stripes, geometrical, flowers and leopard prints).
(Arzu shawl, Topshop stripe top, zara army green long sleeve tshirt, jeans from Bread&Butter, Loewe bag, shoes Sembonia)
(Sugarscarf cotton shawl, Roxy long sleeve top, Message long blouse, Esprit jeans)

(Sugarscarf gypsy shawl, F21 cardigan, vintage flower top, Zara jeans, and flats J )
(Arzu shawl, Zara blazer jacket, Promod leopard top, AX snake print jeans, LV bag)

Oh, did I mention I watched Rapunzel? Ahhh, I’m so in love with the movie, the characters, the sceneries, the 3D technologies, the details (oh how each strand of her hair is made in detail – incredible, Subhanallah - I was in awe throughout the movie, and laughing out loud of course).. I’m still in fantasy right now, even after like almost 24 hours since I watched the movie. I would HIGHLY recommend this movie. I don’t know how’s Harry Porter gonna turn out, but I’m sure this one will top it off undeniably. (though I really love Harry Porter – just don’t yet have the time to watch it – yang ada semalam tak sempat nak semayang asar lak). I read the book. Nice one J Can't wait to watch that next week (harap2 la).
